Felix Santos has been with Twin Cal Lending since 2023 and serves as the company’s Marketing Director, overseeing its brand, digital presence, and marketing initiatives. He manages website and landing page design, social media, content creation, photography, videography, email marketing, marketing materials, Meta advertising, campaign analytics, and lead data organization while helping maintain a consistent brand across every client and partner touchpoint.

Felix earned his degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, with a minor in Marketing. He combines creative production, digital strategy, and performance analysis to support Twin Cal Lending’s continued growth and strengthen its relationships with real estate investors, brokers, developers, and industry professionals.
